This site describes the search work of BuildPro Recruiters LLC. Using it does not create an employment offer, a representation agreement, or a client engagement. Those are separate, in writing.

Job posts are confidential searches or market roles written without the employer's name. They are invitations to apply through BuildPro. They are not an offer from the unnamed client.

Pay figures on the site are conversation ranges. They are not a promise. Timelines, including a short list in 2 to 3 weeks, describe how we usually work. Every search is different.
