BuildPro Recruiters was founded on a simple frustration. After more than two decades in construction, on real projects with real deadlines, Lee Chandler sat on the hiring side of the table one too many times. Recruiters sent stacks of unqualified resumes for roles they clearly did not understand.

Today, BuildPro runs senior-led, confidential executive searches across Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Interior Design, nationwide, from our home base in Dallas.
