A Dallas general contractor needs a senior project manager who has carried commercial work from buyout through closeout. The role reports to an operations lead and runs one or two jobs, with a superintendent and a project engineer on the team.

Ground-up and interior commercial work, about $20M to $80M.

What you would do

• Own the schedule, the buyout, and the monthly cost report.
• Catch scope gaps before they turn into change orders.

What you should already have

• Seven or more years managing commercial projects for a GC or CM.
• Jobs in this size range, in Texas or a market that builds the same way.
• Writing the owner can read without a translator.
