Houston. A job captain who can organize a Revit set, review a junior's work without rewriting it, and keep consultants aligned. This is not a principal search. It is a production seat that good firms depend on.

Production leadership on a commercial set.

What you would do

• Own the model standards on your project.
• Flag coordination issues while they are still cheap.

What you should already have

• Four or more years in production on commercial work.
• Revit fluency. Not a class you took once.
