Denver. The general superintendent sets how the field is run across the office, then spends time on the jobs that need it. This is a leadership seat for someone who came up in the field and can still teach it.

Field leadership across several jobs, not one trailer.

What you would do

• Back superintendents up without taking the job away from them.
• Tell operations when a schedule is fiction.

What you should already have

• Years as a superintendent, then some time over more than one job.
• A reputation for safety that is about the work, not the poster.
