Houston. The firm needs someone who lives in the FF&E schedule: specs, bids, lead times, and the install. Designers who dislike procurement should not apply. People who like getting the right chair in the room should.

Procurement, specifications, and install for commercial interiors.

What you would do

• Track lead times before they surprise the opening.

What you should already have

• FF&E procurement on commercial, hospitality, or healthcare work.
• Vendor relationships you did not invent last week.
