Work

How a search is actually run.

Client names stay off this site. We do not publish placement stories with dates and outcomes we cannot show you. This is the work itself.

Construction Management

A leadership seat that has already been through other firms

The problem. The resume pile is large. The interviews are not. The client has already spent time on people who have not run the work.

What we do. We stay on people who have delivered the building type, call them, and stop when the short list is people the hiring manager can use.

Architecture

More than one design leader, in order

The problem. A studio is winning larger work and does not have the people to run it. Filling three seats from one blast of resumes wastes the interviews.

What we do. Each seat gets its own short list. We do not treat a design director and a project architect as the same search.

Engineering

A technical leader, and sometimes a future owner

The problem. A firm can need a stamp, a manager, and someone who can hold equity. Those are easy to mix into one impossible job description.

What we do. We separate what the seat must do this year from what ownership might look like later, and we say that before the first call.

A normal short list still lands in 2 to 3 weeks.
